Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, attars, and fragrance products are generally non-returnable once opened or used.

Returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

The product received is damaged or leaking
Wrong product delivered
The product received is significantly different from the order placed

Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product in such cases.

To request a return, please contact us with the following:

Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product
Description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for return approval.

Refund Policy

If a return is approved:

Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds may be issued via original payment method or bank transfer, depending on the payment mode.
Processing time may take 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.
